Multilingual eCOA Quality Assurance Specialist (June-August 2026)

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Multilingual eCOA Quality Assurance Specialist to join us full-time for June-August 2026. You’ll be the final line of defence — performing independent quality assurance on migrated electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) builds prepared by third-party providers. Yes, the stakes are high. Yes, we think that’s exactly why this work matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing thorough QA of multilingual eCOA builds across devices and environments
• Verifying that migrated builds faithfully match their legacy/source counterparts — screenshot by screenshot
• Hunting down truncation, text expansion issues, encoding errors, formatting inconsistencies and functionality defects — because they don’t find themselves
• Validating compliance with system restrictions including character limits, font rendering and right-to-left display
• Collaborating with native-speaker linguists to confirm linguistic accuracy
• Documenting and categorising issues clearly so developers can actually fix them
• Liaising efficiently with project managers, developers and localisation teams to keep things moving
• Using our in-house custom-built AI apps to support quality assurance at speed and scale

What we’re looking for

• At least three years of hands-on experience reviewing multilingual eCOA builds (this isn’t the role to learn on the job)
• Familiarity with linguistic validation and healthcare localisation principles
• The kind of attention to detail that notices things other people walk straight past
• A structured, methodical QA mindset — and the ability to apply it independently
• Comfortable with tight turnaround times without sacrificing quality
