Dinka

Dinka is written using the Latin script, and the language has several different dialects. According to Roger Blench’s Dinka Glossary “tɔrajak” is the Dinka word for “haggis” – a Dinka equivalent of the Scottish delicacy, which is a goat’s stomach filled with cooked, salted fat. There is also “lieŋ” – a big harpoon for hunting hippos.
